Nam Dok Mai mango
Also spelled Nam Doc Mai, which translates to "sweet juice of a flower".
Origin: This is the most popular mango cultivar in Thailand.
Appearance: The fruit is characteristically long and slender, with a prominent beak. Its skin ripens to a beautiful, clear golden-yellow.
Texture: The flesh is buttery smooth and extremely juicy, with almost no fiber.

Alphonso mango
Also known as Hapus, this cultivar is widely called the "King of Mangoes".
Origin: Hailing from the Konkan region of Maharashtra, India, it is considered one of the world's best mango varieties.
Appearance: This mango is oval-shaped and medium-sized. When ripe, its thin skin is a golden-yellow with a red blush at the top.
Texture: The pulp is saffron-colored, rich, creamy, and tender, with a thick consistency and no fiber.
Flavor and aroma: It offers a warm, sweet taste that is sometimes pleasantly tart, creating a perfect balance. The aroma is famously rich and distinct.
Common uses: The rich flavor and creamy texture make it highly versatile. It is excellent for eating fresh, and its pulp is used for juices, pur?s, ice cream, and desserts.
